|Recommended: YesQuiet but parking is atrocious — We moved here because it was a good move for our growing family. The town homes are big and spacious. It's relatively quiet when you go outside. The only downside is the parking. There is not enough parking and people will park and leave the vehicle sometimes taking up multiple spots for days weeks months on end without moving it. I think this property could use parking tags so they know who actually lives here and is allowed to park in the lots and who is just visiting. The mowing is awful as well. They leave huge patches of grass uncut and do not cut the grass low enough by any means.

If there are any issues they are resolved quickly and efficiently. The townhomes are a bit older, but they are taken care of and I think if you are looking for a place to live this is a wonderful option.
|Recommended: YesBeen Here a Year and Love It — Oakwood Townhomes has awesome townhomes to rent. The prices are low the amenities are exactly what we needed. Furthermore, they accept pets with a reasonable monthly pet payment, which was such a relief to find since we were moving from Utah with our cat. I love the property manager, Mercedes-she is very helpful always friendly. The internet company Oakwood Townhomes uses has been very helpful as well provides fast internet and is also free . The only downside to Oakwood is the sometimes fluctuating office hours as there is only one leasing agent here, so when she is out of the office, there is no one else to keep the office open . Other than that, I love living here have renewed our contract for another year

|Recommended: YesI love it here — The staff is always so nice and wonderful, always willing to answer questions even if I feel like I'm bothering them. The grounds are kept immaculate and if for some reason something needs to be cleaned up, it's done right away. In the winter, the sidewalks are shoveled and salted, and in the summer, the grass is cut so that it never gets too long. It's a wonderful place for kids to play with other kids from the other apartments. Pet-friendly and I love that you can pay rent online.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful, Family, and Pet Friendly, Comfortable, Welcoming Place to live — this place is the ideal for the area calm and peaceful, families of all ages and pets are welcomed and have opportunity to enjoy the grounds and play areas. Neighbors and staff are always friendly and welcoming and it is comforting to come home to a safe place especially with a newborn. Would absolutely recommend for people seeking a comfortable relaxed atmosphere to call home
